NEOOW.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Neoow mobile application and neoow.com (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Neoow ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, connecting Strava, or otherwise using Neoow, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Neoow. If you are under 18, you confirm you have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You must also be old enough to use Strava under their own terms.

3. Your account

  • You authenticate via Strava OAuth. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your Strava account and any actions taken under your authorization.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your training goals and preferences truthful so the AI coach can produce useful guidance.
  • You may delete your account at any time from the Profile tab. We process deletion within 48 hours.

4. Strava connection

Neoow uses the Strava API under Strava's Brand Guidelines and API Agreement. You authorize us to fetch your Strava activities solely for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. We comply with Strava's data retention limits, brand requirements, and user-isolation rules.

5. Coaching disclaimer (read this)

Neoow is not a medical service. Coaching, training plans, scores, and any other output of the Service are informational only — not medical advice, not a replacement for a qualified coach, physician, or physiotherapist.

  • Consult a healthcare professional before starting any new training program, especially if you have an existing condition.
  • You train at your own risk. Listen to your body. Stop if something hurts.
  • Our AI is occasionally wrong. Treat the briefing as a strong suggestion, not a command.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
  • Submit fake Strava activities to game the scoring system (this just ruins your own coaching)
  • Use the Service to harass, threaten, or defame other users (especially future rivals)
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent
  • Use Neoow for any purpose that violates Strava's Terms of Service

7. Intellectual property

All Neoow brand assets, the score engine, coaching logic, design system, and software are the intellectual property of Neoow. You retain ownership of your own training data and the goals you set. By submitting feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use them to improve the Service.

"Strava" is a trademark of Strava, Inc. Neoow is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Strava.

8. Subscriptions and billing

Neoow may offer paid subscription tiers in the future. When we do, the following applies:

  • Subscriptions are billed through Google Play or Apple App Store, subject to their billing terms
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends
  • Manage or cancel via your Google Play or App Store account — not via Neoow
  • We do not charge for access to Strava functionality. Paid tiers exclusively cover Neoow's own coaching, scores, analytics, and rivalry features
  • Refunds are governed by the store you purchased through (Google Play or App Store)

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or if continued operation becomes legally or commercially infeasible. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, we delete your data within 48 hours, as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Service availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee that Neoow will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scoring will always be available (sometimes Strava's API has bad days). We will do our best to keep things running.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neoow and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, training progress, performance gains, race results, or rivalries. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) $50 USD or (b) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neoow from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or any third-party rights.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. If we make material changes, we'll notify you via the app or email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Neoow is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction. If you reside in a region with mandatory consumer protections (EU/UK), those rights remain available to you.
